Matt was professional and understood the sensitivity of this situation and made sure I was comfortable, and understood the process. Matt had given me an estimated timetable of when this would be resolved and fortunately several weeks later it was over. I would definitely recommend Matt not only for his professionalism, and honesty, but for having the best rates also!
