A Class 1 felony is punishable by 4 to 15 years in prison. An extended term Class 1 felony can result in 15 to 30 years of imprisonment.

Punishment for a Class 2 Felony in Illinois

A Class 2 felony is punishable by 3 to 7 years in prison. An extended term Class 2 felony can result in 7 to 14 years of imprisonment.

Punishment for a Class 3 Felony in Illinois

A Class 3 felony is punishable by 2 to 5 years in prison. An extended term Class 3 felony can result in 5 to 10 years of imprisonment.

Punishment for a Class 4 Felony in Illinois

A Class 4 felony is punishable by 1 to 3 years in prison. An extended term Class 4 felony is punishable by 3 to 6 years in prison.
